WiFi on board
we'd like to apologize if you do not have a stable WiFi connection on our coaches during your last trips.
This technical outage affects only some coaches or some lines and is temporary.
During September, we terminated cooperation with a German data service provider (WiFi) for part of our coaches. Due to a fixed contract period this cooperation was not possible to close earlier - although we were not completely satisfied with all the services. However, we have started to cooperate with the provider already in 2010 - when the availability of WiFi on board coaches was still in its infancy and none of the operators at that time had a better solution for international lines - ie not only for the Czech Republic but even for abroad.
Since October, we have been able to conclude an agreement with a new operator who, as we firmly believe, will provide a better and more stable solution. The devices have to be replaced and the services will be set.
We would like to ask you for your understanding and patient in this way.
Coaches can not be equipped all at once, and the settings need to be tested several times (..all major mistakes and bugs always appear after crossing borders).
However, we would like to assure you that we are working hard to solve this topic and we believe that we can successfully manage this transition period as quickly as possible.
